We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:
• Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Since many of our products are made-to-order, production time may vary depending on product type, customization, and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time within the United States:
• Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
• Peak Season Delivery: May take additional time due to carrier demand

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
• Customer location
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holiday seasons

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Product weight
• Shipping destination
• Order size

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment is processed by the carrier.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if eligible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations are only possible within a limited time after placing the order.

Once production or shipping has started, orders may no longer be canceled or changed.

Returns Policy

Every Reverie Joy piece is made-to-order — created specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we make. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reveriejoy.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and, where the fault is ours, offer a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 2 business days (packages occasionally arrive late after a delivery scan). If it still hasn't arrived, email us at support@reveriejoy.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

What we cannot accept returns for

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
