Returns Policy

Every Reverie Joy piece is made-to-order — created specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we make. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reveriejoy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your case and, where the fault is ours, offer a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 2 business days (packages occasionally arrive late after a delivery scan). If it still hasn't arrived, email us at support@reveriejoy.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

What we cannot accept returns for

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
